How quickly can we produce your order?
Usually we only need a few days notice though more is welcome.
Towards the end of the week choice may be limited. From November till New Year, we request 3 weeks warning. If you want it quicker than that please telephone 01337 828369 or email sales@seriouslygoodvenison.co.uk because often we can, in fact, turn round orders very fast.

A superb, tender, slim joint, suitable for quick cooking. This the cut that some people wrongly call fillet, possibly because it looks like a small beef fillet. If your recipe calls for roe deer saddle or loin, choose our whole fillets (filet mignon) instead as they are closer in size to roe loin. If in doubt, ask our advice.
