Our Highland Beef comes from a small farm to the west of Stirling where the cattle graze extensively in the lush surroundings of the Gargunnoch Hills, just a few miles from the banks of Loch Lomond. These pedigree Highland Cattle are slow-grown and allowed to 'finish' in their own time. This and their mainly grass-fed diet produces meat which is highly nutritious, with a good marbelling and superb flavour and tenderness. Our beef is traditionally dry aged for at least 28 days.
Free Range PorkOur Seriously Good Pork comes from free range Gloucester Old Spot pigs who are allowed to forage as nature intended giving their meat a truly unique and delicious flavour
