Our Highland Beef comes from carefully selected farms in and around Perthshire where they graze extensively and are reared to the same high standards as our venison, lamb and pork. Traditionally hung for 21 days our beef has fantastic flavour and great marbling which makes it beautifully succulent.

The flavour of Highland Beef is unique as the animals are left to finish properly unlike much modern, commercial beef.
All of our beef comes from slow grown, pedigree, grass-fed cattle and is sourced from small hill farms in and around Perthshire. We believe it is important for us to promote the sale of Highland Beef as commercial farming has overshadowed this fantastic, native breed. By allowing these animals to mature properly you get a flavour and quality of meat that, we think, is unsurpassed.
