Highland Beef Roasts
Our Highland Beef comes from a small farm to the west of Stirling where the cattle graze extensively in the lush surroundings of the Gargunnoch Hills, just a few miles from the banks of Loch Lomond. These pedigree Highland Cattle are slow-grown and allowed to ‘finish’ in their own time. This and their mainly grass-fed diet produces meat which is highly nutritious, with a good marbelling and superb flavour and tenderness. Our beef is traditionally dry aged for at least 28 days.
